CE Broker is now the official CE tracking system of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

CE Broker is now the official CE tracking system of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Your board had provided you with a free Basic Account, so you have our most helpful CE tracking tools right at your fingertips.  Starting July 1, 2017, each course provider for SC certified courses began uploading the continuing education course in order to provide proof of your meeting the continuing education requirements prior to your license renewal. Which means, if you have taken any education with any provider they should have up loaded the continuing education course in CE Broker. IF IT WAS A CERTIFIED SC COURSE.  This is to ensure that every licensee has taken the required courses.  If the uploads show a deficiency, you will not be able to complete the renewal process.

When you log on to your CE Broker account, you will have a course history that shows the courses that have been reported to you accounts by either providers or by you self-reporting. When courses are reported to your account, you will see how many hours you were awarded for each course taken. If you use the Course Search feature on your CE Broker account, the courses also show how many hours each course is approved for.
